Added presliced sprites

Hey there, 

i added a folder with pages-folders and layer-sprites.

They are empty but presliced so you only need to exchange the png files outside of unity to keep the slicing but get you sprites.

Please hold in mind that all the layers sprites need to present and sliced in each page folder!!!
